Specialist reveals top UK summer venues

Catering and event specialist Sodexo Prestige Venues and Events has released a guide detailing some of the UK’s top event destinations this summer.

The guide, called Let It Shine, reveals venues across the country celebrating the summer in style, with seasonal treats and offers for businesses. Exploring spaces such as heritage sites, museums and sports stadiums as popular summertime event and meeting options, the guide hopes to give an extensive look at what’s available to businesses, from team-building exercises to garden parties.

The guide gives readers a breakdown of opportunities between May and September, featuring unusual meeting and event days such as attending a vintage funfair at the Perth Racecourse or watching a special screening of The Lion King at a drive-in cinema at Aberdeen Football Club. With many offering afternoon teas and strawberry tarts alongside wine or cocktails, Let It Shine wants to ensure organisers are up to date on what venues are providing, from prosecco to Pimms.
