Stand out from the crowd with these new gadgets

Are you helping to organise your companyโ€™s next exhibition or event, but not sure how to stand out from the competition? Chris Hutber introduces two new products, guaranteed to get you noticed and engage potential customers.

How to get noticed
Pulling in potential customers from a crowded floor can be easy when you have an engaging exhibition stand. Larger exhibitions will feature plenty of your competitors, so by having something a little different you will be able to capture the attention of prospects passing by.

The Samsung SUR40
The Samsung SUR40 Microsoft Surface Tablet is one of the latest products available on the rental market โ€“ with its 50-point touch technology, PC engine and built-in speakers, it makes for an interesting and intriguing product, exceeding what you would normally expect from a touchscreen.

This 40-inch screen, which is only four inches thick, has a dedicated, integrated PC, allowing it to be mounted on walls, stands, or even used as a table without the need for a bulky PC to run it. It also includes PixelSense, which enables the LCD display to detect up to 50 touch points and can recognise any objects that touch it such as a finger, hand, glass, or even a credit card.

Giant iTab
Another gadget introduced to make heads turn is the Giant iTab. Ranging from 23 inches to a tremendous 80-inch screen, the Giant iTab will make any type of event interesting and memorable. The iTab is a fully interactive touchscreen replica of the iPad, which can be used to display demos, apps, games and involve public participation at your stand.

Making your stand an interactive experience is a great way to capture the interest of potential customers; it brings something different to the table.
