VIDEO: Top tips for your physical & mental wellbeing during lockdown

We’ve teamed up with life coach Faye Kilgour to offer you some top tips for looking after your physical and mental wellbeing during this coronavirus lockdown.

Faye, also known as The โ€˜What Ifโ€™ Coach, is on a mission to support individuals and groups to go from feeling overwhelmed and frustrated, to feeling inspired and ready to indulge in the โ€˜what ifโ€ฆโ€™ of life.

Faye has experience training educators in coaching skills, delivering coaching programmes to undergraduate students and facilitating workshops to support professionals develop their leadership skills.

Faye is also studying BSc (Hons) Psychology and is merging her coaching skills and psychological tools to further support the growth of others.
