Why CPD is key at our Training Day

Continuing professional education is essential for all those who aspire to be top management assistants and thatโ€™s what makes training so vitally important. PA Life has put together an extremely strong programme for its next training day that includes a huge variety of sessions guaranteed to be of interest to ambitious EAs.

The morning sessions include the importance and benefits of networking; how to set boundaries and come up with creative solutions to problems; ways to increase your productivity at work; the things you need to understand when youโ€™re called on to support an alpha-type personality; top tips on taking notes and minutes at meetings; and discovering all there is to know about the art of communication.

In the afternoon the following subjects will be covered: striving for excellence in your role; revolutionising the way you work with a tailored organisational system; an introduction to chartering a private jet; effective ways of interacting with your boss; prioritising and scheduling your workload; making Microsoft Office work for you; and learning how to create impressive spreadsheets.

The Training Day takes place on Monday, 15 June at the ILEC Conference Centre at the Ibis London Earls Court and features 12 compelling courses, each individually tailored for the PA community. Delegates can choose to come for the full day for ยฃ249, or for just a half day at ยฃ125.

The full-day option includes a networking lunch where attendees get the chance to mingle and chat with administrative professionals from a whole range of different backgrounds.
