The HAC is a unique and historic London venue and offers an unparalleled space for corporate, private and sporting events. The venue has a beautiful range of traditional rooms, complemented by the outstanding Artillery Garden to host events.
Stewart Elsmore, Chair of the Advisory Group carried out the Quality Assessment for The HAC prior to being invited into membership and following his assessment said: “There is crystal clear evidence of best practice and a high attention to detail running through the operations at The HAC. There is a strong culture of continuous improvement and encouragement for the team to perform well and to provide excellent service which is borne out by the positive customer feedback and supported by their mystery shopper programme.
