Come together for an evening of fashion, food and fizz at 116 Pall Mall by Searcys between 6:00pm-9:30pm on Tuesday 8th March for a motivational panel discussion on ‘Women Leading Sustainability’. Pioneering female leaders from the worlds of fashion, food and finance will share their expertise in how a sustainable approach is fundamental to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive future for people and planet. The evening event commences with networking, drinks and canapes, followed by a keynote speech and panel discussion featuring Dr. Bernice Pan, founder of sustainable fashion brand, DEPLOY London. Following the talk, DEPLOY will take to the catwalk with the evening finishing with a private shopping experience in the newly refreshed Champagne Bar at 116 Pall Mall. And it’s all for a good cause with 10% of all DEPLOY sales going to the charity, Women For Women, which helps women survivors of war rebuild their lives across the world. Corks are popping as St Pancras by Searcys, the home of Europe’s longest Champagne Bar, raises a glass to the leading women behind the fizz with a special Champagne masterclass on Tuesday 8th March. Taking place in the tasting room from 6.30pm-8.30pm, celebrate the ‘Female Founders of Champagne’ with a guided tasting and three-course dinner, sampling tipples from some of the most famous champagne houses including Bollinger, Pommery and Henriot whilst learning about the innovative female founders behind the bottle – Barbe-Nicole, Louise, Lilly, Mathilde Emily and Apolline.  Tickets are £85 per person and can be booked here.

Sip champagne overlooking sky-high views as Searcys at The Gherkin gets set to host a one-off Champagne tasting masterclass at the top of London’s most iconic skyscraper. Taking place on 8th March from 6:30pm-8:30pm in the private dining room overlooking the city, you will enjoy champagnes from four famous houses, all overseen by fabulous women, including Nicole Ponsardin Clicquot from The Veuve Clicquot and Lily Bollinger from House of Bollinger, all perfectly paired with a seasonal three-course menu, priced at £119 per person.Tickets are now available here.

Leading cocktail bar group, Drake & Morgan (Devonshire Terrace, The Happenstance, The Anthologist, The Folly etc), has created a selection of four cocktails and mocktails inspired by game-changing British women. Available from 1st – 27th March, sip proudly on a punchy purple Tanqueray gin infused ‘The Pankhurst’ (£8.95), named after inspiring suffragette Emmeline Pankhurst. Or opt for ‘The Gywn’ (£8.95) with Aperol, Cointreau, blood orange syrup, London Essence ginger ale with mint and orange – a nod to Eleanor Gwyn, the first female actor on a British stage. Remember Lilian Bader, one of the first black women to serve in the British armed forces in WWII, with ‘The Bader’ (£9.95fusing Pampero Blanco rum, Cointreau, thyme syrup, lime juice, chilli bitters and egg white, or choose the non-alcoholic alternative, “The Cowell’ (£7.95), an ode to racing car driver and WWII pilot Betty Cowell, served under a beautiful cloche.
