In addition to putting senior-level PAs in touch with a range of useful suppliers, this yearβs PA Life Summit promises to deliver top-notch seminar content for attendees.
The eventβs opening presentation comes courtesy of Marguerita King, Owner of Personal-Assistant-Tips, whoβll be talking about βThe Executive PA as a Person of Influenceβ. Margeurita has trained Executive PAs around the world and as a consultant PA mentor puts her 25 yearsβ experience to good use. She fully understands the demands of the role and as such has written hundreds of articles on PA issues. She holds a degree in psychology and a diploma in personal assistance.
The first workshop of the day, entitled βBringing Yourself to Workβ will be delivered by Gayle Edwards, also known as The Breakthruβ Diva. Gayle is a personal branding mentor with 25 yearsβ experience who specialises in helping professionals to unleash their potential. Her session will cover how to achieve the ideal balance between home life and work while having fun in the process.
Workshop two is βThe Devil is in the Detailβ by Liz Taylor from the Taylor Lynn Corporation. Known as βTelevisionβs Millionaire Party Plannerβ, Liz has worked with big names in the entertainment world, including Gary Barlow, Eamonn Holmes and a host of Coronation Street stars, as well as businesses such as UEFA, Selfridges, Children in Need and ITV Granada. Sheβll be sharing her experiences planning large-scale events, outlining the lessons she has learned throughout the years.
Finally, attendees will get the chance to become world famous with a record-breaking group activity courtesy of Guinness World Records. PAs will work together to go down in history, with the results of the session announced at the gala dinner on the evening of day one.
