Head Chef Jean-Didier Gouges, famous for his inventive cuisine at the Royal Albert Hall, offers British faire with global influences to reflect the high-standing private Club’s tradition. Subtle and flavourful signature dishes include the Stone Bass Carpaccio, British Lamb Rump, Scottish Lobster Burger, Smoked Duck Salad and 28-Day Aged Sirloin. The breakfast menu presents morning classics such as Egg Royale and English Muffins, along with waffles (with a selection of toppings) and the hearty Flageolet Beans, Tomato, Ham Hock, Poached Eggs & Black Pudding Powder.
