Head Chef Jean-Didier Gouges, famous for his inventive cuisine at the Royal Albert Hall, offers British faire with global influences to reflect the high-standing private Club’s tradition. Subtle and flavourful signature dishes include the Stone Bass Carpaccio, British Lamb Rump, Scottish Lobster Burger, Smoked Duck Salad and 28-Day Aged Sirloin.
