PA Life Masterclass proves a hit success

PA Life Club members and readers took part in the third PA Life Masterclass of 2018, where guests were given the chance to discuss the importance of rewards and incentives with key industry suppliers.

On the day, a group of PAs met at JJ Media’s creative Perseverance Works studio, where Spa Medical, Cartwright & Butler, Cakes for Business and Macdonald Hotels each hosted a roundtable session.

With rewards and incentives sometimes not a priority within the corporate environment, PA Life’s sponsors shared industry tips and advice on why it is crucial to reward team members with away days, cakes, hampers, hotel & spa retreats and medical services.

Sandals’ Paul Tidy was also on hand to share with guests why travelling abroad is a great incentive for PAs to consider. Meanwhile, JJ Media’s Amy Green spoke to the audience about bespoke room venue hire and how to host a memorable event – the day was an insightful mix of knowledge and tips from experts for each guest to take advantage of.

The day was rounded off with a show round of the venue, which houses several blank spaces making the rooms ideal for Christmas parties, product launches, corporate events and even weddings.

The spaces available include the Area, which is where the Masterclass was held, Zone, Apex, Home, Loft and the Lounge, which all feature clean aesthetics and a generous amount of space to host events.

Some celebratory bubbles and a round of canapés provided a perfect end to the day, where each guest was able to network and share their thoughts on the day’s proceedings.
