Business travel app to simplify booking process

A new tool by travel management company (TMC) Review Travel has been launched to streamline the booking process for business travel. The online, self-booking app, OrBiT, is hoping to manage business travel from the ‘doorstep to destination’ as it integrates additional costs such as car hire and Heathrow Express tickets.

Designed by award winning tech company Atriis, the tool was built with the intention of providing immediate access to a large range of travel and accommodation options across the world. The site presents real time results for up to the moment value pricing, and works out expensing and invoicing services.

One of Review Travel’s main factors for creating the tool is to provide a costing system that can be fully accountable, preventing businesses from losing track of unnecessary expenditure. The company believes that saving time on planning will not only increase time and efficiency, but save money on work that would otherwise take up an employee’s time. As they invest further in exploring technology innovation, they expect similar companies to be making the same digital steps.

“TMCs should make booking great value business travel seamless, and investing in new technology is now a non-negotiable part of delivering a great service,” said Christian Gleave, Review Travel CEO. “We know OrBiT will be extremely valuable to our clients, and we’re proud to be one of the first TMCs to provide Atriis’ technology for this service”
