Clearcut Venues: A free service to source that perfect venue

Clearcut Venues launched in September 2017, a long term dream of Aimee Nicholas who previously held hospitality roles within the event industry. A career spanning 22 years.

Clearcut venues started with a passion to form solid professional long standing relationships with corporate bookers to negotiate, source and confirm venues UK wide for all shapes and sizes of corporate events.

Aimee just wanted to do what she loved the most, assisting clients to achieve their company message, through the process of organising events.

Throughout those 22 years building a career, Aimee’s black book of hotel contacts has grown and is ever-changing and time is well spent building relationships with hotel and venue sales people.  Which has enabled Aimee to negotiate with great support on hotel and venue costs on behalf of her valued clients.

Within 18 months of building the business it was time to grow the team and Iona came onboard.  Fresh from school, full of enthusiasm and an equal passion for the events industry.  Aimee & Iona complement each other and take such pride in every element of the business.

2020 was a complete turning point for us.  But also a very important time which was used to reflect and fine tune our enhanced offering as we explore and venture into the era of Hybrid event planning and virtual offerings.
