Eventify has won a contract to consult on a series of pan-European training events, just over a year after it was founded.
The firm says that according to its clients, two of the biggest challenges for most organisations are lack of resource and frequent time constraints.
It’s latest London based client, a membership organisation, had a specific goal to deliver three pan-European training events, with destinations including London, Oslo and Utrecht, from start to finish.
Working at full capacity, there were still time challenges for the client’s internal team and resource was being overstretched. Not only did the client need help and support to plan and manage the training events, they required Eventify to be totally immersed in the project and act as an extension of their internal team.
Eventify conducted a few consultations with their client to fully understand their pain points and requirements.
Following this process, Eventify will manage every foundational part of the event planning, including sourcing the best venue for every event, liaising with event speakers, scheduling the agenda for the events, planning travel for all stakeholders including delegates, speakers and client, managing the budget as well as the on the day management of delegates and all on site delivery.
