Shared Christmas Parties
This year, Ascot brings glitz and glamour to Berkshire with glamorous shared Christmas party nights. Walking up the red carpet, guests will begin a night of festive sparkle with a picture-perfect photo opportunity, before being greeted by a welcome drink and then onto a delicious three-course meal amongst colleagues. A DJ and five-piece band will follow the meal, along with the option to get involved with charity casino-style Blackjack and Roulette for a night full of magic and fun.
Shared parties at Ascot are available on selected dates throughout December and start from £49.00 per person+VAT, including a three-course meal with tea, coffee and Christmas treats.
Exclusive Christmas Parties
Ascot’s exclusive Christmas parties are just that: exclusive. The package includes welcome drinks, three-course meal, DJ and entertainment, and can be booked as it is or made fully bespoke for a party that encapsulates the look and feel of individual celebrations. The highly experienced Events At Ascot team can make any theme take flight for up to 600 guests, be it Bollywood, casino night or carnival chic – ensuring the chosen food and drink service is full of flavour, fun and flair.
Exclusive parties at Ascot are available throughout November, December and January subject to availability, with prices from £69.00 per person+VAT, including a three-course meal with wine, tea-coffee and Christmas treats for groups of 60 or more. Mid-week rates start from £49.00 per person+VAT, based on a minimum of 60 people.
Ascot Grandstand Exclusive Christmas Parties
Sometimes only epic will do, and the Ascot Grandstand Exclusive Christmas Party offers a truly spectacular occasion for between 600 and 3,000 guests. The soaring 27-metre-high Grandstand Galleria Atrium is the perfect place to party on a grand scale with a festival vibe complete with street food, drinks stalls and anthems courtesy of Ascot’s DJ.
Grandstand exclusive parties start from £85.00 per person+VAT, including a two-course buffet, welcome drink, Christmas novelties and a DJ and entertainment.
