Hand Picked Hotels enhances benefits for event organisers, following new brand identity

Hand Picked Hotels has debuted its new visual identity to help reflect its refreshed brand vision and values.

The new look coincides with the upgrade of the brandโ€™s loyalty club for event organisers and conference agents, which has been relaunched as Privilege Business Rewards.

Hand Picked Hotelsโ€™ new identity boasts a colour palette of earthy tones, and is part of an ongoing programme to showcase the character of the brand, to ensure delegates have a memorable stay.

โ€œOur grand hotels, by their very nature, have always attracted guests and event organisers who are in search of something special โ€“ a unique setting for a romantic break, celebration or business event that takes them or their delegates beyond the everyday,โ€ said Julia Hands, chairman and CEO of Hand Picked Hotels.

โ€œMore than ever, our guests of today are experience seekers who want to capture precious moments, but who equally want to feel relaxed, at home, and emotionally connected to the brands they choose.

โ€œWith the desire to continually move forward and reach new customers, it felt like the right time for us to contemporise our brand and create a stronger alignment between the exceptional experiences we offer and our brand communications.โ€

In addition, new benefits of Privilege Business Rewards include 35 welcome points for afternoon tea, as well as the chance to book upgraded bedrooms with loyalty points.

Plus, members of Privilege Business Rewards can earn one point for every ยฃ15 spent on meetings, conferences and event bookings, which can be redeemed for overnight breaks and dining experiences across the group or shopping vouchers with a number of retailers including John Lewis, Amazon, Next and Sainsburyโ€™s.
