You will learn about the neuroscience of stress, and understand why meditation is such a great tool to reduce stress, positively impact sleep and contribute to feelings of connectedness – which is particularly important during this period of social distancing. The session includes a guided meditation and an opportunity for Q&A at the end.

Joanna started her career as an assistant on a building site, and over the course of a decade she worked her way up to Commercial Director. In 2017 she left the construction industry to focus on improving mental health through meditation within the corporate world. She’s taught people to meditate in a diverse set of industries ranging from media (ITV), Retail (John Lewis) and entertainment (Sofar Sounds) and has been a keynote speaker at some of the best-known industry events including UK Construction Week and futurebuild.
