Research shows that we make decisions about others within seconds of meeting them, so first impressions are paramount. Luckily, Positive Impact Coach Deborah Ogden will be on hand at the next PA Life Training Day to teach attendees how to create a strong personal brand.

Deborahโ€™s session, titled โ€œFirst impressions, impact and influenceโ€, will teach PAs why personal branding is so crucial in the modern business world. Sheโ€™ll outline the science of first impressions and explain how to build a strong, authentic brand to make the biggest impact.

In the second half of the session, Deborah will focus on the role of visual and vocal impact, body language, presence and consistency of message in making a good first impression.
