PA Life Training Day sessions announced

The first PA Life Training Day of 2016 promises to deliver unparalleled learning opportunities for PAs from all walks of life. The line-up for the event, which takes place on 22 June at the Grange Tower Bridge Hotel, features a wide range of new speakers and topics that offer valuable skills.

Back by popular demand is Adam Fidler, who will be speaking about Maximising and managing the relationship with your executive. Meanwhile, new comer Deborah Ogden will talk about First Impressions Impact & Influence.

Running alongside these morning training courses is a set of short coaching sessions, including:

  • The role and skills of VAs by Emily Mills, EA Team Supervisor at CSC Ltd
  • How to minimise stress and maximise opportunities by Will Murray of Packtypes
  • Tips and techniques for difficult conversations by Janet Rawson of Twisted Events
  • The power of profile by Vanessa Vallely from WeAreTheCity.

In the afternoon, Daniel Woloszczuk of Escalla will walk PAs through Office 365, giving them an introduction to this suite of invaluable software. Ngagementworksโ€™ Nick Fewings is also on hand to tell delegates to โ€œspeak up, youโ€™re personally awesomeโ€.

Afternoon coaching sessions include:

  • The PAโ€™s guide to the perfect event by Chris Powell, The Event Expert
  • Social Media for PAs by Matt Davis of The Bright Click
  • A panel session by PA Life Editor Amelia Walker on taking the next step in your career.
