Speak up at the PA Life Training Day

PA Life Training Day logo

Assistants often know more about the business than the team members of those they support. However, sometimes they donโ€™t recognise or appreciate this or the behavioural skills they have. Nick Fewings from Ngagementworks will be on hand at the next PA Life Training Day to teach attendees how to realise their potential โ€“ and speak up about it.

Nick is an award-winning international conference speaker and facilitator who has spoken at more than 400 events. Nickโ€™s style is described as โ€œinfotainmentโ€, as his sessions are interactive and include anecdotes and practical techniques that can be applied immediately. He has more than 30 yearsโ€™ experience in leadership roles and also working with teams at all levels in an organisation.

Using a highly regarded colourful model of human behaviour, Nick will open attending PAsโ€™ eyes to how people behave and make decisions in different ways. His session will also enable them to better understand their strengths and challenges and provide them with practical tools and techniques to communicate and build more effective relationships with others.

Heโ€™ll use real-life case studies to provide them with a recognition that the skills they employ on a daily basis are in fact leadership skills. Finally, PAs will get ideas on how to overcome challenges that may be holding them back in their roles.

The next PA Life Training Day takes place on 22 June at the Grange Tower Bridge Hotel. Attendees can choose from a half-day programme for ยฃ175+VAT, or a full day for ยฃ295+VAT. There are also discounts available for PA Life Club members and groups of three or more. For more information or to register as a delegate, visitย palife.co.uk/training-day.
