London’s first App for all electric black taxi service

Launched last year, PERSY London Limited is London’s first APP for an all electric black taxi service.

Dedicated to offering a high-quality professional service, all drivers are qualified with London’s “knowledge”, CRB checked and have LEVC TXE Electric six-seater taxis. PERSY London’s green credentials are in line with the LEVC TXE taxi that the drivers use (electric only), plus all fares are pre-booked and a fixed priced is agreed from the start!

Nick Fells, Director and Co-Founder of PERSY London Limited, said: “In November of last year Steve and I launched London’s first APP for an all-electric black taxi service whereby clients pre-book fixed fares. Nick is a London black taxi driver with over 15 years of experience and Steve has a background in Finance and IT of over 25 years.

Clearly COVID has created a huge challenge as we enter 2021, but as numbers drop and the rate of vaccinations increase we will start to see some sort of normality and circulation in London will increase. Our APP is available on iOS and Google Play, it’s free and clients can download it now to see how much fares into, across and out of London would cost.”

PERSY London Limited is working to protect London’s iconic black taxi service and respects the need for change. The service can offer corporate accounts, as well as the standard single sign up via our APP. With fixed priced optimal fares for heading into, across and out of London – from the home counties to the West End is circa £50/60 – their service acknowledges whilst there is a place for metered fares, journeys of distance need a fixed price alternative.
