Mental Health Awareness Week is 9th-15th May. It’s a good reminder for all of us to think about mental wellbeing at work. Mud & Mind: Clay Workshop

Sometimes all you need to feel connected to your team is a workshop which is peaceful, relaxing and mindful. This Clay Workshop will do just that. Our artist Louise will lead you in a workshop where you will use air dry clay to create pinch pots and coasters. Working with clay is a mindful exercise and will give your team something active to get stuck into. This experience can be enjoyed virtually or face-to-face.
