With lockdown rules being eased and the hospitality sector opening up once more, many companies are beginning to navigate a path to allowing employees to return to their offices – and we want to find out how the nation’s PAs, EAs and Office Managers feel about that prospect.
Depending on which research your read, we are all either extremely happy working from home, really keen to ditch the dining table for an office desk, anxious about meeting colleagues again or keen for a happy medium of WFH and office visits for the lifestyle benefits that brings.
The truth is, we are all different, in terms of personality, professional responsibilities, industries, home life and preferences – there is no one size fits all answer to the ‘back to office’ conundrum.
