Event suppliers double their presence at the London Christmas Party Show

London Christmas Party Show

Over 700 event buyers were welcomed to the latest London Christmas Party Show, nearly doubling the presence of exhibitors from the previous year. With nearly 20% more corporate buyers appearing compared to 2016 and attendees representing major businesses from Barclays and Sainsburyโ€™s to The Guardian and Facebook, the show was warmly received by attendees and organisers.

As part of the #StoryGivesBack campaign, past visitors were able to nominate four new or small event suppliers for a free stand space at the latest show. Along with over 200 top agents, 80 exhibitors made up the event, an 80% increase in suppliers at the show from last year meant the team behind the event were particularly proud with the showโ€™s success.

โ€œAs a boutique exhibition, supplying interesting and new content for our visitors is key,โ€ said Clare McAndrew, marketing and content manager for the London Christmas Party Show. โ€œWe have always had a great number of venues exhibiting but to encourage an increase in event suppliers we introduced a number of new initiatives such as smaller stand sizes and #StoryGivesBack, resulting in our largest amount of event suppliers to date exhibiting at the 2017 eventโ€

The next event in the series is the London Summer Event Show which will be returning to its 2017 venue Banking Hall on 23 – 24 January 2018.

โ€œItโ€™s been a great way for us to have our first exposure out into the market,โ€ added Stafan Kokot, founder of Thirst Aid Events, one of the #StoryGivesBack suppliers. โ€œโ€œRealistically as a start-up there is no way we would have been able to spend money on an exhibition stand until we are well into our second or third year of business, so to be able to do something like this in our first year is just fantastic, itโ€™s invaluable.โ€
