The app provides instructions in the form of demonstration videos on how to use apartment facilities such as washing machines, microwaves and heating systems. Emergency contact details can also be accessed, as well as information pertaining to the local area, restaurants, takeaways, transport options and entertainment activities.
Skyline is implementing this new product as a way of taking the serviced apartment experience to the next level and allowing greater flexibility. Guests will have complete instructions for using all the features and appliances of their accommodation at their disposal at all times, rather than just during the check-in process.
