The final speakers for Wednesday’s PA Life LIVE digital conference have been revealed.

Hosting the session on Risk Assessment and Planning For A Safe Office is Ian Travers, Process Safety Consultant for the British Safety Council.

Ian has over 25 years’ experience in the regulation of chemical and major hazard industries and in the investigation of major incidents to discover the underlying causes. He is an expert on process safety management, leadership and the establishment and implementation of key performance indicators for major hazard industries. He holds the Institute of Chemical Engineers’ Franklin Medal for his outstanding contribution to Process Safety.

Our panel on Gifting and Staff Rewards & Incentives comprises:

Sheila Attwood (pictured far left) who is XpertHR’s managing editor, pay and HR practice. She has more than 20 years’ experience of working in a research and editorial capacity in a publishing environment, with a focus on the labour market, reward, industrial relations and HR practice. Sheila leads the team that is responsible for the HR and reward content on XpertHR, with a key responsibility for the pay settlement tracking service. She oversees the employer practice surveys on XpertHR, and commissions and edits practical guidance on all aspects of day-to-day reward and HR management. She is an expert on company pay awards and is regularly called upon to appear in the broadcast and print media to comment on the level of increase in pay rates.

Simon Berry, MD of High Five Rewards (pictured centre left) who has over 25 years in the incentives, reward and recognition sector.

Two years ago, Simon set out on the path to create his own unique recognition & reward solution – highfive. Jamie Owens, Director of Sales & Partnerships at Hussle (pictured far right). Jamie has spent the last 20 years in the wider wellbeing space working for premium leisure brands including Nuffield Health and Virgin Active, providing wellbeing services to corporates of all sizes throughout the UK. Jamie has been involved in supporting companies to develop and deliver various interventions whilst supporting them to create a wellbeing plan that tackles all areas of both physical and mental health.
