London’s highest green oasis – Sky Garden – is back with its popular series of Morning Yoga classes with TruBe, running from April 5th throughout the summer. New for 2022, classes will be running six days a week, for those extra pre-work stretches as well as weekend workouts.
Channel your inner Warriors, Cobras and Downward Dogs and kickstart the day 36 storeys above The City. Choose from a weekday session from 7am – 8am Tuesday to Friday (£20pp), or join a weekend yoga class from 9am – 10am (£25pp).
Sky Garden Yoga Sessions
Set amongst Sky Garden’s tropical greenery, take to the mat in the City Garden Bar for a one-hour dynamic, vinyasa flow class, suitable for all levels and abilities. With a focus on the breath, the TruBe instructor will guide you through a range of flowing postures designed to make you feel energised and rejuvenated, transporting your body and mind to a place of strength.
Rushing to the office? Refuel after your class and grab a pastry and coffee at Sky Pod Bar or come the weekend, linger a little longer and explore the beautifully landscaped gardens, followed by breakfast in Darwin Brasserie, with its panoramic views over London. Choose from a vegan coconut quinoa porridge with Manuka honey; London cure smoked salmon with scrambled eggs on Nordic rye bread; a build-your-own omelette; or treat yourself to a full or vegan English.
