PA Life LIVE Post Covid-19 Lockdown digital conference – first speakers revealed

The first speakers for next Wednesday’s PA Life LIVE event have been announced.

The free event – Post Covid-10 Lockdown Reboot: Helping Your Company Return To Business – will focus on five key areas:-

• Keeping Your Teams Well & Motivated
• What Will Business Travel Look Like Post-Lockdown
• Corporate Gifting & Staff Incentives

Hosting the session Keeping Your Teams Well & Motivated is Dani Lightfoot (pictured above left), Managing Director of Best Foot Forward Training, who has 20 years of experience in HR, L&D and People Management.

At this time of social distancing Dani recognises that keeping ourselves and our teams motivated can be a particular challenge as there are a lot of distractions and underlying anxiety which can impede people’s ability to concentrate and communicate effectively. In this session we will look at and maintaining mental buoyancy, recognising when it drops and how to improve it. Equally helping you embrace the idea of being the lynchpin of your team, promoting and encouraging a supportive team dynamic. This session will help you elevate your motivation and promote professional assertive communication.

Meanwhile, Yvonne Reay-Scott (pictured above right) will take part in two panel sessions – Planning For A new Kind of Office Christmas Party and What Will Business Travel Look Like Post-Lockdown?

Yvonne is an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Office of Mount Anvil – and a multi-award winning EA and mentor. With over 30 years’ experience in the industry, she actively advocates her role as a career choice and regularly presents at PA events and conferences in the UK. She also contributes to editorial in industry magazines, sharing tips and advice for organising ambitious, large-scale domestic and overseas events.

Yvonne is also London Ambassador for Maiden Voyage – an organisation which advises on the safety of business travellers which includes a special focus on women and LGBTQ+ travellers, hotel safety and intercultural awareness. As a business travel ‘guru’ she has achieved measurable savings by implementing new processes to not only make financial savings but also to improve the travel experience for colleagues; and by tendering and negotiating contracts with travel suppliers.
