    With Lockdown 2.0 well underway, Amy’s top tips are:

    Limit your daily news intake – Too much news intake can be overwhelming causing anxiety and negativity.

    Get outside and walk in nature – This is a great way to ground your energy and stay connected.

    Establish a routine – Set boundaries for when you get up and go to bed, your working hours and remember to take regular breaks.

    Be kind to yourself – Learn from the first lockdown and be kind to your body and mind.

    Be kind to other people – Look out for each other by keeping in touch with those who are elderly or live alone.
