As the children head back to schools and the weather starts to cool, September, for many, is traditionally a time to reset personal goals – particularly when it comes to wellbeing.
So register now for your free place at this month’s Wellness Revival Festival and you’ll enjoy a full day of talks and activities designed to help you achieve those goals.
Taking place online on Wednesday September 16th, the Wellness Revival Festival is brought to you by PA Life and EventWell, the events industry’s community focused and charitable social enterprise. This brilliant organisation is dedicated to supporting, educating and campaigning for better mental health and wellbeing in the events industry – which is suffering particularly hard during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The agenda – which even includes a break for those who have caring responsibilities and need to collect children from school – is here:
10.00-10.45: Yin Yoga – Gabby Austen-Browne
11.00-11.45: Eating For Great Mental Health – Vital Health Nutrition
12.00-12.45: Wellbeing In The Workplace: Nice Idea or Essential? – Chris Pinner, Innerfit; Claudine Martin, PA, Ministry of Defence; Laura Capell-Abra, Stress Matters
13.00-13.45: Calm & Resilience: Mastering Your Goals – Elaine Batho
16.00-16.45: Improving Your Confidence & Tackling Imposter Syndrome – Josie Shepherd & Laura Cruise
17.00-17.45: Sound Gong Meditation – Selma Studer
Attendance is free, but we have a limited number of places, so register today to avoid disappointment.
